1、良好的粘温特性。粘温特性是指油液粘度随温度升降而变化的程度,通常用粘度指数表示。粘度指数越大,液压系统中油液粘度随温度升高的下降越小,从而保证液压系统的内漏不大。粘度指数一般不得低于90。
1. Good viscosity temperature characteristics. Viscosity temperature characteristic refers to the degree to which the viscosity of oil changes with temperature rise and fall, usually expressed by viscosity index. The greater the viscosity index is, the smaller the decrease of oil viscosity in the hydraulic system with the increase of temperature, so as to ensure that the internal leakage of the hydraulic system is small. The viscosity index shall not be less than 90.
2、抗剪力安定性好。为改善油液的粘度指数,油液中往往会加入聚甲基丙烯酯、聚异丁烯等高分子聚合物,这些物质分子链较长,油液流经液压元件的狭缝时会受到很大的剪切作用,使分子断链,油液粘温性下降。
2. Good shear stability. In order to improve the viscosity index of the oil, high molecular polymers such as polymethylmethacrylate and polyisobutylene are often added to the oil. These substances have long molecular chains. When the oil flows through the slit of the hydraulic element, it will be subject to great shear, which will break the molecular chains and reduce the viscosity temperature of the oil.
3、较高的化学反应稳定性,不易氧化和变质。实践证明,平地机的油温每升高10℃,其化学反应速度会提高约一倍。抗氧化安定性好的液压油长时间使用不易发生氧化变质,可以保证液压油的正常循环。
3. High chemical reaction stability, not easy to oxidize and deteriorate. Practice has proved that the chemical reaction speed of the grader will increase about twice every 10 ℃ increase in the oil temperature of the grader. The hydraulic oil with good oxidation stability is not easy to be oxidized and deteriorated after being used for a long time, which can ensure the normal circulation of hydraulic oil.
4、粘度。粘度代表油液流动时分子间磨擦阻力的大小。粘度过大时,油液流动的阻力大,能量损失大,系统效率就低,同时还会导致主机的空载损失变大,温升快且工作温度高,在主泵吸油端易出现“空穴”现象;而粘度过小时则无法保证液压元件良好的润滑条件,增加元件的磨损,降低液压系统的效率。
4. Viscosity. The viscosity represents the friction resistance between molecules when oil flows. When the viscosity is too high, the oil flow resistance is large, the energy loss is large, and the system efficiency is low. At the same time, the no-load loss of the main engine becomes larger, the temperature rises quickly, and the working temperature is high, and the "cavitation" phenomenon is easy to occur at the oil suction end of the main pump; When the viscosity is too small, the good lubrication condition of hydraulic components cannot be guaranteed, the wear of components will be increased, and the efficiency of hydraulic system will be reduced.
5、抗乳化性好,不易产生泡沫。抗乳化性是指油液中混入了水并经搅动后不让水和乳化液从油中分离出来的能力;抗泡沫性是指油液中混入空气并经搅动后不会形成乳状液和气泡,进而导致它们从油中分离出来的能力。
5. Good demulsibility, not easy to produce foam. The demulsibility refers to the ability to prevent water and emulsion from separating from oil when water is mixed in the oil and stirred; The anti foam property refers to the ability that the emulsion and bubbles will not form after the oil is mixed with air and stirred, which will lead to their separation from the oil.
