1、清洁作业造成的损坏

当清理桥底时,由于桥面钢筋铺设深度不同,铣床容易对钢筋进行规划,对刀盘造成损坏。它甚严重地被钢筋夹住,缠绕在滚筒上。因其它部件卡住或损坏而引起的发动机过载和熄火。

3、抛板磨损损坏

抛板不能及时将废料从铣房内,造成内部废料不断地与刀盘和刀架摩擦,增加了刀盘的磨损速度,也影响抛板的工作效率。长时间使用会导致刀头刀座异常损坏。
The throwing plate can not remove the waste from the milling room in time, which causes the internal waste to constantly rub with the cutter head and the tool holder, increasing the wear speed of the cutter head, and also affecting the working efficiency of the throwing plate. Long time use will cause abnormal damage to the cutter head and cutter seat.
要注意,每次操作前,要检查皮带松紧度。新皮带在运转4小时后应该重新调整松紧度,须保持适当的皮带松紧度,才能把发动机的输出马力传送到铣刀鼓上,当太紧的皮带会容易磨损,同时还会缩短轴承的寿命,如有断痕、严重磨损的皮带应立即换新的;
It should be noted that the belt tightness should be checked before each operation. The tightness of the new belt should be readjusted after 4 hours of operation. Proper belt tightness must be maintained to transmit the output horsepower of the engine to the milling cutter drum. When the belt is too tight, it is easy to wear and shorten the life of the bearing. If there are broken marks and severe wear, the belt should be replaced immediately;
每次操作前用肉眼检查机器:所有紧固件是否拧紧?是否有零件明显磨损或开裂?供油油路是否完好?检查轴承、检查各个防护罩是否盖住等。
Visually check the machine before each operation: Are all fasteners tight? Are there any parts obviously worn or cracked? Is the oil supply circuit in good condition? Check the bearing and whether each protective cover is covered.
