　　2、新车初次使用只允许加入额定容量60%的沥青。

　　3、加入高温热沥青前，必须将罐体内的水清理干净，否则高温热沥青遇冷水会急剧腔胀而喷射出来，将发生危险。

　　4、使用乳化沥青后转换为使用高温热沥青，必须将罐体内的乳化沥青全部清理干净，否则将发生危险。

　　5、运输和喷洒过程中，沥青洒布车后工作平台禁止站人。

　　7、为了取得比较满意的喷洒质量，加入的沥青必须达到：普通重交道路热沥青在160℃以上；SBS、SBR改性热沥青在185℃以上；SBS、SBR改性乳化沥青在65-85℃之间。

　　7. In order to obtain satisfactory spraying quality, the asphalt added must be above 160 ℃ for ordinary heavy traffic road, 185 ℃ for SBS and SBR modified hot asphalt, and 65-85 ℃ for SBS and SBR modified emulsified asphalt.

　　8、导热油允许使用温度≤250℃。

　　9、在使用乳化沥青时，大贮存罐底部沉淀物禁止加入沥青洒布车，否则无法使用。

　　10、沥青泵粘住时，不得强行起动，必须加温松动后才可工作。

　　11、准备在使用高温热沥青后转换为使用乳化沥青，必须将沥青泵、管道、罐体内的剩余沥青全部清理干净，否则无法使用。

　　12、取力器挂档时，必须分离汽车离合器。否则取力器或汽车变速器将损坏。

　　13、运输时减速器挂高档，喷洒时挂低档。必须在车辆低速或停止时，分离汽车离合器后才能换档。

　　13. When transporting, the reducer should be in high gear, while spraying it should be in low gear. When the vehicle is at low speed or stopped, the clutch of the vehicle can be released before shifting.

　　14、洒布车在运输过程中，必须脱开取力器，关闭控制器，关闭进出阀门，导热油泵必须停转，禁止在行驶中使用燃烧器。

　　14. In the process of transportation, the power take-off must be disconnected, the controller must be closed, the inlet and outlet valves must be closed, and the heat transfer oil pump must be stopped. It is absolutely forbidden to use the burner in the running.

　　15、洒布车在运输过程中，必须关闭工作系统气源总开关。

　　16、每车喷洒结束后，一定要清洗沥青泵和管道。

　　17、每天工作结束后，一定要将罐体内剩余沥青放尽。

　　18、新车行驶2500KM以内必须到汽车底盘特约维修站做“走保”，否则汽车底盘生产厂家将不予三包。

　　19、由于汽车法规不断更新，我公司建议客户在购买新车一个月内申领完机动车牌证。
