泡沫沥青冷再生技术施工前的准备
(1)原材料的准备:泡沫沥青就地冷再生施工前,应结合配合比设计、市场情况等因素合理地确定原材料来源。特别是发泡用沥青、水泥和新骨料的采购,原材料必须与配合比设计时采用的材料一致,若更换产地或厂家,需要重新开展配合比设计。原材料进场前,应检查出厂检测报告、合格证等相关资料,并同时按照要求开展必要的抽样检查,待原材料检查合格后,方可进场。
(1) Preparation of raw materials: Before the construction of foam asphalt cold recycling in place, the source of raw materials should be reasonably determined in combination with mix design, market conditions and other factors. Especially for the procurement of asphalt, cement, and new aggregates for foaming, the raw materials must be consistent with the materials used in the mix design. Before the raw materials enter the site, a comprehensive inspection of relevant materials such as factory inspection reports and certificates of conformity should be conducted, and necessary sampling inspections should be carried out according to requirements. Only after the raw materials pass the inspection can they enter the site.
(2)原公路线形、路基宽度分析:W380CR 就地冷再生机工作宽度为 3.8 m,实际实施过程中,再生宽度多大于 3.8 m,此时,施工前就需要对原路面进行测量,掌握原有公路路面宽度情况,特别是对于二、三级公路,需考虑弯道加宽的情况。当一次再生宽度超过 3.8 m 时,应配备一台与总再生宽度相匹配的铣刨机,负责把超宽部分进行铣刨并把铣刨材料输送再生机的再生宽度范围之内,以便再生机能够把所有材料进行再生。当用于山区公路时,还应对山区公路平纵面线形进行评价,分析出合理的施工方案。特别是存在连续长下坡路段时,为更好地控制冷再生机前进速度,就地冷再生作业方式建议采用自下而上地作业的方式为主。以该工程为例,施工路段为连续下坡路段,平曲线半径为 60 m,平曲线占路线总长90%,纵坡 7%,右幅全为下坡路段,左幅为上坡路段,分析认为连续长下坡路段,对连续作业施工工艺要求更高,难以保证施工质量,终采用先施工左幅路段后,再周转设备起点,施工右幅段落,保证施工作业面为上坡作业的方式。
(2) Analysis of the original road alignment and subgrade width: the working width of the W380CR on-site cold recycling machine is 3.8 m, and in the actual implementation process, the recycling width is more than 3.8 m. At this time, the original pavement needs to be measured before construction to master the width of the original road pavement, especially for Class II and third-class highway, the widening of the curve needs to be considered. When the width of a regeneration exceeds 3.8 m, a milling machine that matches the total regeneration width should be equipped to mill the excess width and transport the milling material to the regeneration width range of the regeneration machine, so that the regeneration machine can regenerate all materials. When used for mountainous roads, the horizontal and vertical alignment of mountainous roads should also be evaluated to analyze a reasonable construction plan. Especially when there are continuous long downhill sections, in order to better control the forward speed of the cold regeneration machine, it is recommended to adopt a bottom-up approach for on-site cold regeneration operations. Taking this project as an example, the construction section is a continuous downhill section with a horizontal curve radius of 60 meters. The horizontal curve accounts for 90% of the total length of the route, and the maximum longitudinal slope is 7%. The right section is all downhill section, and the left section is uphill section. Analysis shows that the continuous long downhill section requires higher construction technology for continuous operation, making it difficult to ensure construction quality. Finally, the method of first constructing the left section, then turning over equipment to the starting point, and constructing the right section is adopted to ensure that the construction work surface is uphill.
(3)原路面的检测和调查:正式开工前,对原路面的检测和处理是十分必要的。对于泡沫沥青就地冷再生而言,再生前原路面需要有良好的整体状况,路基没有沉降,路面具有较好的承载能力。开工前,应对全线进行路面结构承载能力检测和路况调查,待病害处治合格后方可实施。
(3) Inspection and investigation of the original road surface: Prior to the official commencement of construction, it is essential to inspect and treat the original road surface. For foam asphalt cold recycling in place, the original pavement needs to be in good overall condition before recycling, the subgrade has no settlement, and the pavement has good bearing capacity. Before starting construction, the bearing capacity of the road surface structure and road condition investigation should be carried out for the entire line. It can only be implemented after the disease is treated and qualified.
(4)合理的保通方案:同步摊铺的连续作业方式需要一个良好的施工环境,减少施工干扰,保证顺利实施。在施工过程中,合理的保通方案是十分关键的。对于高等级公路而言,可采用半幅实施的方式。对于普通国省道公路而言,该类公路路面宽度窄,平纵线形指标较差,难以做到半幅施工,故施工过程中应采用合理的保通方案,建议以路网保通或区间保通为主。施工前期,应通过媒体等发布通告,建议途经此段的车辆尽量考虑其他通过方案,并提供较详尽路线长度,路况及相关的信息。同时,应设置完善的警示标志牌,并配备值班人员,指挥交通。
(4) Reasonable traffic protection plan: The continuous operation mode of synchronous paving requires a good construction environment to reduce construction interference and ensure smooth implementation. A reasonable traffic protection plan is crucial during the construction process. For high-grade highways, a half width implementation method can be adopted. For ordinary national and provincial highways, the road surface width is narrow and the horizontal and vertical alignment indicators are poor, making it difficult to achieve half width construction. Therefore, a reasonable traffic protection plan should be adopted during the construction process, and it is recommended to focus on road network or section traffic protection. In the early stage of construction, notices should be released through media and other means, suggesting that vehicles passing through this section consider other options as much as possible, and provide detailed route length, road conditions, and related information. At the same time, complete safety warning signs should be set up, and duty personnel should be equipped to direct traffic.
