冷再生是指利用沥青再生设备将旧沥青路面材料就地打碎,并加入适当的沥青及改性材料后拌和压实,以旧路面材料为主修筑道路的技术。而路面冷再生机是一种、的道路施工机械,主要用于旧沥青路面的再生作业,其通过对旧沥青路面铣刨、破碎,然后与水泥、水、乳化沥青等粘结剂按一定比例拌和均匀,形成的混合料作为新路面的路基。

Cold recycling refers to the technology of using asphalt recycling equipment to crush old asphalt pavement materials on site, add appropriate asphalt and modified materials, mix and compact them, and use old pavement materials as the main material to build roads. The road surface cold regeneration machine is an efficient and environmentally friendly road construction machinery, mainly used for the regeneration of old asphalt pavement. It milling and crushing the old asphalt pavement, and then mixing it evenly with cement, water, emulsified asphalt and other binders in a certain proportion to form a mixture as the roadbed of the new pavement.

转子是冷再生机的工作部件,用于对路面进行铣刨、拌和,对整机作业效率和新生混合料的质量起着关重要的影响。转子切削作业是在封闭的铣刨室内完成的,转子两端与铣刨室之间容易堆积物料,这使得转子旋转过程中边刀始终与堆积的物料产生摩擦,造成了边刀磨损远快于主铣刀的现象,边刀磨损到一定程度后,整个转子就无法工作,而此时主铣刀并未损坏,这造成了资源的极大浪费。

The rotor is the working component of the cold regeneration machine, used for milling and mixing the road surface, which plays a crucial role in the overall efficiency of the machine and the quality of the new mixture. The rotor cutting operation is completed in a closed milling chamber, and materials are easily accumulated between the two ends of the rotor and the milling chamber. This causes friction between the edge cutter and the accumulated materials during the rotation of the rotor, resulting in the phenomenon that the edge cutter wears much faster than the main milling cutter. When the edge cutter wears to a certain extent, the entire rotor cannot work, and at this time, the main milling cutter is not damaged, causing a great waste of resources.

现有的冷再生转子的边刀是由中间部分刀具按螺旋线规律延伸而来,没有考虑到边刀区域切削工况与中间部分刀具铣削工况的差异,边刀区域的切削工况往往比中间部分刀具恶劣,并且两侧边刀直接焊接转子本体上,当边刀磨损失效后,整个转子只能整体报废处理,造成了资源浪费。

The edge cutting of the existing cold regeneration rotor is extended from the middle part of the cutting tool according to the spiral pattern, without considering the difference between the cutting conditions in the edge cutting area and the milling conditions of the middle part of the cutting tool. The cutting conditions in the edge cutting area are often worse than those in the middle part of the cutting tool, and the edge cutting on both sides are directly welded to the rotor body. When the edge cutting tool wears out and fails, the entire rotor can only be scrapped as a whole, resulting in resource waste.

另外,现有的冷再生转子在边刀区域布置一把侧面铣削工具,在一定程度上削弱了路槽对边刀座的磨损,但这对边刀的保护十分有限,边刀座磨损依然严重。目前现有技术仅考虑了转子边刀的切削功能、转子侧面的防护效果,无法解决边刀磨损过快的问题。

In addition, the existing cold regeneration rotor is equipped with a side milling tool in the edge cutting area, which to some extent weakens the wear of the road groove on the edge cutting seat. However, this protection for the edge cutting is very limited, and the wear of the edge cutting seat is still severe. At present, the existing technology only considers the cutting function of the rotor edge cutter and the protective effect on the rotor side, which cannot solve the problem of rapid wear of the edge cutter.
