道路就地冷再生技术可以解决很多道路施工问题

道路就地冷再生属于道路维修、改造的范畴,它主要解决沥青路面上基层破损的问题。具体讲,道路冷再生是指充分利用现有沥青道路旧铺层材料(面层与基层)必要时加入部分新骨料,并按比例加入一定量的添加剂(水泥、泡沫沥青、乳化沥青、石灰、粉煤灰等)在自然环境温度下就地连续地完成材料的铣刨、破碎、拌和、摊铺及压实成型,从而修筑出具有所需性能质量的新基层的作业过程。

根据添加剂的不同,可以把冷再生分为水泥冷再生、泡沫沥青冷再生、乳化沥青冷再生、石灰冷再生、粉煤灰冷再生等。目前国内应用广泛的还是水泥冷再生,下边就以水泥冷再生为例简单介绍一下冷再生的工作原理。

在要进行再生的路面上摊铺水泥(按试验配合比添加,一般为4%—6%)冷再生机的核心是装有大量专用刀头的铣刨和拌和转子的铣刨鼓。转子向上旋转破碎原路面材料,冷再生机向前行进时,转子转动,冷再生机通过软管与水罐车连接,微处理器精确控制水在拌和仓中的喷洒量。输送的水通过铣刨转子将水与铣刨料充分拌和,并达到需要的佳含水量,从而保证混和料的大压实度。
The core of a cold recycling machine is a milling drum equipped with a large number of specialized cutting heads and mixing rotors, which is used to pave cement on the road surface to be recycled (added according to the experimental mix ratio, usually 4-6%). The rotor rotates upwards to crush the raw road surface material. When the cold regeneration machine moves forward, the rotor rotates. The cold regeneration machine is connected to the water tank truck through a hose, and the microprocessor accurately controls the amount of water sprayed in the mixing bin. The conveyed water is thoroughly mixed with the milling material through the milling rotor to achieve the desired optimal moisture content, thereby ensuring the maximum compaction of the mixed material.
液体稳定剂,例如热沥青(WR2500S冷再机自带泡沫沥青发泡装置,可将热沥青加热到160—180℃与少量水混和发泡)可通过专门设计的喷洒嘴将泡沫沥青喷洒到拌和腔;粉状稳定剂,如水泥,需按设计添加量事先撒布在再生机前的路面上,再生机将粉状稳定剂与再生料和水一次性拌和。
Liquid stabilizers, such as hot asphalt (the WR2500S refrigerator has its own foam asphalt foaming device, which can heat the hot asphalt to 160-180 ℃ and mix it with a small amount of water for foaming), can spray foam asphalt to the mixing chamber through specially designed spray nozzles; Powder stabilizers, such as cement, need to be pre distributed on the road surface in front of the recycling machine according to the designed dosage. The recycling machine will mix the powder stabilizers with recycled materials and water in one go.
如遇再生层原级配不良的情况,可在再生前将所缺少的部分集料撒布在路面上,通过与旧料拌和来改善原路面材料的级配。
If the original gradation of the recycled layer is poor, the missing part of the aggregate can be spread on the road surface before regeneration, and the gradation of the original road material can be improved by mixing with the old material.
