几个就地冷再生技术发展过程中面临的技术问题

现结合就地冷再生设备在技术应用和现场施工过程中所发现的和需要解决的技术难点,冷再生机租赁厂家提出几个就地冷再生技术发展过程中面临的技术问题,希望能引起大家的关注,共同研究讨论。
Based on the technical difficulties discovered and to be solved in the application and construction process of on-site cold regeneration equipment, the cold regeneration machine rental manufacturer has proposed several technical problems faced in the development process of on-site cold regeneration technology, hoping to attract everyone's attention and jointly study and discuss.
(1)设备行走速度、再生深度与再生鼓工作转速的自动匹配技术。通过研究三者或两两之间的*匹配,实现就地冷再生过程中在同-再生深度工况、不同工作速度下的*匹配铣刨切削量,达到就地冷再生技术下的再生混合料所能达到的**粒径与拌和均匀性,为再生过程级配调整提供为准确的参考数据。
(1) Automatic matching technology for equipment walking speed, regeneration depth, and regeneration drum working speed. By studying the * matching between three or two, the * matching milling cutting amount can be achieved during the on-site cold regeneration process at the same regeneration depth and different working speeds, achieving the * * particle size and mixing uniformity that can be achieved by the on-site cold regeneration technology for the recycled mixture, and providing accurate reference data for the grading adjustment of the regeneration process.
(2)再生乳化沥青喷洒(量)智能控制技术。在原有乳化沥青喷洒控制技术的基础上,充分考虑国内乳化沥青材料特性,通过对喷洒温度喷洒比例、喷洒扇形角等各关键控制点的分析研究,结合再生设备行走速度、再生深度等工作参数,研究开发具有创新性的智能喷洒控制技术。
(2) Intelligent control technology for spraying (amount) of recycled emulsified asphalt. On the basis of the existing emulsified asphalt spraying control technology, fully considering the characteristics of domestic emulsified asphalt materials, through analysis and research on key control points such as spraying temperature, spraying ratio, and spraying sector angle, combined with working parameters such as walking speed and regeneration depth of regeneration equipment, innovative intelligent spraying control technology is researched and developed.
(3)再生料拌和均匀性技术。分析就地冷再生施工现场所采集的再生料特性,结合就地冷再生机再生总成结构特点和所用添加剂特性,研究再生料拌和机理,设计开发可显著提高再生料拌和均匀性的机械结构,提高再生混合料的均匀性。
(3) Recycling material mixing uniformity technology. Analyze the characteristics of recycled materials collected at the on-site cold recycling construction site, combined with the structural characteristics of the on-site cold recycling machine regeneration assembly and the characteristics of the additives used, study the mixing mechanism of recycled materials, design and develop mechanical structures that can significantly improve the uniformity of recycled material mixing, and improve the uniformity of recycled mixtures.
(4)再生拌和料含水智能控制技术。研究各种施工工况下再生料不同含水比的材料性能,分析不同工况下再生料含水量配比;将此数据作为再生过程水添加量的自动控制依据,通过在设备安装传感器实时检测再生混合料的含水量,对比试验数据并及时进行参数匹配,实现智能化自动控制。
(4) Intelligent control technology for water content in recycled mixing materials. Study the material properties of recycled materials with different water content ratios under various construction conditions, and analyze the water content ratio of recycled materials under different working conditions; This data is used as the basis for automatic control of water addition during the regeneration process. By installing sensors in the equipment to detect the water content of the recycled mixture in real time, comparing experimental data and matching parameters in a timely manner, intelligent automatic control is achieved.
(5)设备远程智能管理系统。利用GPS技术、远程数据传送技术和智能数据分析技术,将设备的发动机、液压系统和电控系统等关键系统工作参数与厂家提供设备正常工作理论参数进行实时后台对比,监控设备工作状态,实现保养信息快速推送、设备故障提前预警、设备使用状态预判等功能,实现设备的远程智能管理。
(5) Remote intelligent management system for devices. By utilizing GPS technology, remote data transmission technology, and intelligent data analysis technology, the working parameters of key systems such as the engine, hydraulic system, and electronic control system of the equipment are compared in real-time with the theoretical parameters provided by the manufacturer for normal operation of the equipment in the background. The equipment's working status is monitored, and functions such as rapid push of maintenance information, early warning of equipment faults, and prediction of equipment usage status are achieved, achieving remote intelligent management of the equipment.
(6)沥青层和全深式就地冷再生机在相关应用领域的研究。基于沥青层就地冷再生技术和全深式就地冷再生技术在不同应用领域的优势,深入研究的技术差异,提升就地冷再生技术在沥青路面的技术性能,拓展我国就地冷再生技术的应用范围。
(6) Research on the application of asphalt layer and full depth on-site cold regeneration machine in related fields. Based on the advantages of in situ cold regeneration technology for asphalt layers and full depth in situ cold regeneration technology in different application fields, in-depth research is conducted to enhance the technical performance of in situ cold regeneration technology in asphalt pavement and expand the application scope of in situ cold regeneration technology in China.
