水稳冷再生技术的优缺点介绍

(一)大幅减少公路修补成本

水泥稳定土地冷再生技术中重要的就是对原公路破损材料的识别和再生材料的混合比例。由于原破损公路的材料比例难以识别,进行抽样取点的材料识别工作存在误差,得出来的结果可能代表不了整个公路的材料比例情况。而且对破损公路的水泥稳定碎石基层进行粉碎时,可能会打破已经识别的原材料混合比例。因此,各种各样的误差就有可能导致水泥稳定就地冷再生材料出现预期的结构比例发生偏离的情况。想要避免这种情况就要加大对破损的水泥稳定碎石基层的取样,选用有经验的人员按照规定标准进行反复的实验调查,加大再生材料混合比例的可信程度。
