(1)控制电路故障
(1) Control circuit fault
控制阀的电源电路处于断路状态或者控制线圈损坏,都会造成阀芯不能换向而不能与液压油腔接头而驱动马达产生激振。

应该检查电路,检查过程中使用一根导线,将其中一端与电源连接,另一端则与电磁阀驱动线圈的火线端相连,若电磁阀振动则表明是电源电路故障,则应该对电路进行检查,查出故障后予以处理。

若连接之后依然不能振动,则应该将电磁阀拆下,并手动推动阀芯,振动轮振动后,表明时电磁控制线圈损坏;也可使用导线与电磁阀火线的接线柱刮火,若没有火花,则表明电磁线圈断开。若出现火花则说明电磁线圈正常工作,但依然不能振动,则表明滑阀被卡死,需要对阀体进行检查。
